Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead and drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Be at the forefront of strategic initiatives with financial insights and analysis.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure 100% compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE and all such regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies
  • Stay updated on changes in financial and brokerage regulations.

Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including cash flow and liquidity management.
  • Lead financial reporting and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
  • Implement strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and drive financial best practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with business strategy.

Audit & Risk Management

  • Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent financial risks.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Systems, Processes and Controls

  • Implement robust systems and processes for a high growth and regulated business
  • Develop robust controls through systems and processes
  • Work closely with the technology team to validate processes, ensure systems and outcomes are fully compliant with regulations.
  • Develop a ‘zero’ error and 100% compliant environment

Stakeholder & Investor Relations

  • Manage and nurture relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Present financial reports and strategies to the board and executive team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • CA (Chartered Accountant).
  • Prior experience in top Indian retail broking firms.
  • Strong understanding of SEBI, NSE, and BSE regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Bangalore-based candidates preferred or individuals with a strong willingness to relocate.
