We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to take on this challenge and help lay the foundation for the future.


Job Description

As Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance by coordinating, analyzing, and optimizing sales processes. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximize the efficiency of sales activities and contribute to the company’s growth.


Your Responsibilities

Sales Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Propose and implement strategies to optimize sales processes.

Support for Sales Teams:

  • Provide tools and reports to facilitate the work of the sales teams.
  • Coordinate training initiatives and skills development for the sales teams.

Management of Tools and Technologies:

  • Implement the CRM system and ensure its ongoing management and continuous improvement, along with other sales management tools.
  • Work closely with technical teams to adapt tools to users' needs.

Management of International Tenders:

  • Manage international tenders, from needs analysis to proposal submission and follow-up.

Account Management:

  • A portfolio of accounts may also be assigned to you to ensure their follow-up and development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure the availability of resources and vehicles.

Reporting and Presentations:

  • Provide regular analyses to management to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in preparing presentations for executive committees.


Profile

  • Graduate from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree.
  • Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar role, ideally in the car rental sector or in a B2C/B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other analytical software (knowledge of SQL is a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
