We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our US Sales Operations team to support our Sales & CS team in the US market. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fun but fast paced work environment. You must have an analytical mindset with a high attention to detail. Responsibilities

Managing a team of 4-5 individual contributors, responsible for supporting and mentoring them.

Act as an escalation point of contact for non-standard queries on topics including account reassignments, crediting, and quotas.

Business partner to Head of Sales & Senior Sales Directors. Form a regular cadence and build a strong brand within your stakeholder group.

Responsible for leading & improving various reporting streams (new & existing).

Work cross functionally on a variety of projects that could include automation, reporting, improved SLA’s, CRM improvements and more.

Lead high-impact parts of the planning cycle for US such as book building and quota setting.

Become an expert in our systems and processes and act as a subject matter expert to the business.
Requirements
-
7+ years experience, (2+ years in management) preferably in sales operations, consulting, analysis, or sales.

High proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint

Comfortable working with all stakeholder groups. Strong communications skills – in addition to competencies around editing and writing, candidate must also be able to communicate effectively in meetings and describe deliverables and project milestones and checkpoints

Project management skills - proven ability to oversee a project with objective of prioritizing and investing time appropriately

Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex system and business integrated environment

Must be able to set expectations with internal customers, and meet those expectations

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
