Job Summary

As a Spot Sales Operations Program Manager you will support our growth by working to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, data management, Sales methodologies and reporting. You are a force multiplier whose goal is to free the Sales team to focus on selling, and equip them with tools and processes they need to sell effectively. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our Sales Leadership team. You will work closely with Account Executives and Solution Architects, coach them on how to use systems, processes, and dashboards better, and help them achieve their quotas.

Job Requirements
Support sales team and forecasting
Support incentive plans and compensation calculation for the region
Be the expert in the systems & processes supporting Spot’s GTM teams
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in the sales organization
Work together with other sales/marketing operations members and business analytics teams to ensure the alignment of marketing & sales on key processes and programs for managing and measuring sales efforts and programs
Support reporting and analytics on sales activities, including creating and maintaining reports in SFDC
Develop insights and make recommendations on how to keep improving the GTM machine
Monitor and maintain data quality & hygiene within SFD
Education
5+ years of experience as Sales Operations at global B2B companies - MUST.
Minimum 2 years of experience in designing processes and implementing them in information systems (e.g., Salesforce; Hubspot).
Experience in working with remote teams, preferably international.
Proven record of establishing processes and driving change in a matrix environment.
Strong teamwork AND leadership skills.
Data-driven and strong analytical skills.
Positive attitude and can-do mentality.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
