Overview:
The Deal Desk Operations Coordinator will support operational and administrative processes of the growing Commercial segment at Metabolon.
The ideal candidate will be data driven, system savvy, intellectually curious, a fast learner, detail oriented and able to move quickly while keeping focused.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison between sales and other key stakeholders/approvers of discounts and/or negotiated commercial/legal terms.

Organize all relevant information (financials, terms, etc.) into one consolidated view so that the appropriate approvers have a single, clear view of the deal.

Process orders at close ensure all relevant information is attached for project fulfillment work to begin.

Govern the delegation of authority process for internal approvals and obtain final sign off.

Ensure deal conformity through verifying various contract terms for the global sales team

Assist in implementing new tools, contract templates and processes for the global sales team and sales operations team

Work with business users and cross-functional teams to identify contract problems, process gaps and assist in on-going process improvements for contract processing

Support sales team on inquiries and/or questions relating to contract creation, approvals, and bookings

Provide sales team with monthly and ad-hoc training regarding contracts and contract processes

Support ad-hoc reporting requests from various business functions
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of Order Management, Deal Desk or similar experience required

Bachelor's degree in Business or a similar discipline preferred

Experience with Salesforce and Conga Composer and Contracts highly preferred

Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal business units

Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment
