About the Role
DryvIQ is looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen and deep technical expertise who can own Revenue Operations (RevOps) to create and deliver deep insights supporting a data-informed strategy for the long term. In RevOps, you will help determine the most critical tools and strategies to grow revenue and eliminate silos between departments while prioritizing efficiency and accountability among teams.
This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and will work closely with the CFO and CMO.
You will be doing a lot of this:
- Enable salespeople to sell, marketing people to market, finance people to finance
- Training, coaching, and assisting revenue team members with sales tools, particularly Salesforce and related integrations, serving as the thought leader on maximizing efficiencies with these tools
- Help streamline the sales, reporting, and analysis process by optimizing the revenue tech stack
- Provide troubleshooting and tech support for revenue team users keeping them moving fast
- Stay abreast of new technologies and advise leadership on the latest trends, best practices, and standards. In addition, offering tips and tricks for driving new growth & efficiencies are desired!
- Responsible for and management of revenue-related tools (Salesforce and other business applications) across marketing, sales, and client experience
- Creates processes to encourage collaboration between the sales, marketing, client experience, and finance teams
- Implement operating rules of engagement across all teams to ensure cross-functional coordination, revenue recognition, and alignment of KPIs
- Looks at business analytics and data across departments to make decisions
- Work directly with Senior Leadership Team to determine and influence key initiatives/objectives for the Company
- Data Management
- Assist with generating pertinent reports and dashboards for account execs and leadership team
- Update information in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead, pipeline, and account management
- Maintain data hygiene (complete and accurate) across all revenue systems & maximize integrations
- Ensure sales templates are up to date (service orders, price quotes, etc.)
- Decides on business objectives and strategies to drive revenue
- Keeping a pulse on market trends, including competing products and the state of the economy
- Other operational projects tied to key aspects of organization growth
So, you must have this:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
- 3+ years of RevOps role with progressive experience
- Deep knowledge of RevOps systems, processes and metrics, including win rates, CAC, ARR, Renewals & Upsells, Churn, NDR, LTV, forecast accuracy, pipeline velocity, and sales cycle times
- Strong analytical skills to identify business trends and make drive initiatives
- Proficiency and experience in Salesforce
- Experience in 1 or more dashboarding tools
- Business acumen or ability to quickly acquire business knowledge
- Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build effective partnerships with leadership and team members
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficient MS Office skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
And these would be preferred:
- Scaled a RevOps team within an enterprise B2B software company
- Experience in a software development company that went through hyper-growth (50%+ annually) and a remote global workforce
- Experience in reporting and analyzing campaign activity using Pardot reports, B2B Marketing analytics (desirable), and can make recommendations to the business.
