Revenue Operations Manager Job Description:
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will inform and help make business decisions across the customer-facing organization and GTM strategy that maximizes revenue growth.
You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on forecasting, territory planning & sales management. This individual will also drive scalability and efficiencies across our technology stack, including Salesforce.com, and throughout the entire sales process.
As the Revenue Operations Manager you will be forward-thinking, continually looking for key insights that can help achieve future goals, and be excited about collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the business to solve complex challenges.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain revenue team KPIs, as well as the cadence of reporting to determine performance, effectiveness, and business impact of marketing, alliances, sales, and customer success activities
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the revenue team
- Work closely with Revenue Leadership to identify trends and drive data influenced decisions that impact revenue generation
It is essential you have a Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent experience
Revenue Operations Manager Experience Required:
- 3+ years of relevant revenue operations experience in B2B SaaS companies
- Deep understanding of sales automation, workflow optimization and enhancing user experience
- Data-driven and detail-oriented. You're comfortable with reporting and analytics, and are able to dissect and draw insights from data that will influence our revenue strategy
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com (Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred)
