About The Role
Nium is looking to hire a Senior Sales Operations Manager to support its accelerated growth. This role reports into the Chief Revenue Officer and has a high-level of exposure to the global C-Suite.
The role will require a passionate, business-oriented, organized and analytical leader who can provide the backbone to the Global Sales and Business Development teams at NIUM.
Requirements
What would a day in your life @ Nium look like?:
- You will, in conjunction with our global business development team members, create project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders to push forward opportunities in our sales pipeline efficiently.
- You will build forecasts and maintain an accurate and comprehensive consumer and prospective consumer database that will enable the formulation of regularly updated acquisition and retention strategies.
- Managing sales automation tools and ensure team is prospecting effectively with outbound activity.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and procedures that give visibility into status and action.
- You will work with CRM systems leading to increased customer acquisition and retention and consequently leading to enhancement of sales volumes for a business.
- Lead on CRM reporting for sales performance, including tracking performance and penetration in key verticals.
- You will demonstrate sound business judgment and a proven successful experience positively influencing others, leading the achievement of sales targets and objectives and surpassing them. An ability to define, refine, and effect functional sales strategies, processes, and policies.
- Building dashboards, reports and presentations for senior leaders and analyze complex data and information, translating the findings into actionable messages, deliverables, and presentations. You will have a passion and genuine desire to draw insights that will lead to the development of effective sales strategies.
- You will produce ongoing Sales Performance Guidance, Commission Reporting, Data Integration, Pricing Review Cycle and oversee Deal Desk.
About You
- At least 5 years in Sales Operations within a fast-paced and highly competitive environment, start-up experience in a high growth company is preferred. Payments or Fintech experience is a plus.
- Experience working globally and cross-functionally with multiple teams, preferably on the product and sales sides
- Experience working on B2B sales team aimed at enterprise
- You will demonstrate an ability to thrive strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment and consistently evolving business environment
- You will have proven and successful experience implementing change in processes that lead to improvement of the sales performance of a business.
- You have excellent communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for any audience at hand.
- You are results-driven always striving to achieve goals and targets, able to deal with difficult clients
- Must have a positive can-do attitude, must have an ability to mentor others, and demonstrate calmness and composure in times of uncertainty and stress inspiring the same in his team
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple key stakeholders while remaining detail oriented.
- Experience organizing projects and communication in platforms such as Asana, Jira, Trello etc required.
- Experience or understanding of Zoho
- Project management certification (e.g. - PMP designation) and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. - Six Sigma, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus
