Chief Revenue Officer (FT):
Hoffman Homes is a growing company in Saratoga County, NY, and seeking a full-time Chief Revenue Officer to join our team. We currently operate 16 communities in the area, and are rapidly expanding. The CRO reports directly to the CEO. This position is will be a combination of remote and in-person; the ideal candidate should be located within 50 miles of Ballston Spa, NY.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Coordinating with manufacturers, suppliers, and other third parties to ensure that all materials are produced on schedule and meet quality standards
- Develop marketing and sales plans for 18+ communities and newly expanded service organization
- Grow sales brokering company to new territories and scale
- Coordinate acquisition and management of new businesses
- Manage the following departments: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service
Qualifications:
The qualified candidate should have a proven track record of developing and executing profitable strategies. This individual must generate and retain revenue across multiple channels with a long-term perspective.
Minimum of 15 years experience in sales executive positions, or 10 years in C-level revenue-based operation roles. Bachelor's/master's degree preferred.7
