Duties and Responsibilities
*
- As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll work with our sales and sales operations teams on reporting and forecasting and provide general data-focused support for all stages and facets of the sales cycle.
- You will also help evolve and reinforce existing sales processes and implement new ones.
- You will be a key function within the organization, providing data, reporting and insights needed and is a key strategic support to sales leadership, performing all aspects of sales operations including providing actionable insights to drive growth, evaluate and report key operational metrics, KPIs including forecasting, analytics, productivity, and operational efficiencies.
- This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent follow through and the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Support operational processes of the sales organization, such as quota management, territory allocation, audits, reports, and dashboard development, data checks & maintenance
- Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise sales leadership on forecasting and day-to-day decision
- Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce.com licensed users
- Support, Manage and Develop our Salesforce instance, collaborating with teams to improve information capture, data analysis, reporting, and process flows
- Create triggers and any other automations in Salesforce to support the needs of the sales team and process
- Configure page layouts, monitor field add requests, and manage roles & profiles to enable proper administration of lead, account and opportunity records
- Initiating and maintaining data integrity of CRM:
- Establish best practices for Master Data Management to support uniformity and accuracy of data
- Create your own reports and dashboards to track and flag leads, accounts, and opportunities that need immediate attention and updating
- Audit opportunities with strong enforcement of our sales process; Support maintenance of Account records in collaboration with the client success team
- Assign tasks to Sales Team members in Salesforce to support accurate sales funnel follow up
- Assist with the logging and reconciliation of Unit, Device, Product, and Bed data on Account records to support reporting of current installs
- Create and build the reporting necessary to support team requests & meetings, targeted marketing campaigns, leadership tracking, and board reporting
- Provide impactful, value-added functionality to reporting solutions, meeting internal customer needs for information and decision support
- Identify and communicate key insights to leadership team based on your analysis
- Oversee the projects directly related to Salesforce.com improvement and optimization, ensuring successful completion, on schedule
- Proactively manage scope, requirements, resources, time, cost, quality, risks and communications for all projects
- Capture business requirements and partner with inter-departmental stakeholders to determine opportunities for integration of data from proprietary systems and databases, into Salesforce
- 5% travel required to Corporate Office as needed
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or 5+ years equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years experience in sales operations, business operations, or an analytical/operational role
- Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making
- Experience in communicating and presenting effectively to Senior Executives
- Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform with the ability to build custom reports, views, and dashboards
- Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on data analysis and interpretation
- Advanced experience with dashboards and data visualization
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills; preferably experience using Google Suites.
- Ability to adapt and adjust to new and changing processes
- Ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be partnering with our Sales Operations Manager, the sales team, and our CRO to crack the most important strategic topics in the sales organization while driving revenue growth, improving sales productivity, and increasing customer value. The Analyst is also responsible for executing and improving operational and planning processes (e.g., working with our CRO to build sales territories and setting sales targets).
The Analyst should have a strong strategic mindset and communications skills and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support critical business decisions. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, have high attention to detail, be open-minded to challenge the status quo and work in a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence from himself/herself and business partners.
The Sales Operations Analyst will also play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the sales data stored within our Salesforce CRM, and keeping our data clean and reportable. This position requires a diverse skillset which includes expertise in Salesforce Administration, process improvement, business analysis, and project management. The Sales Support Analyst will work collaboratively with the Sales Operations Manager on projects directly related to Salesforce.com improvement and optimization. You will understand both our current setup and our business objectives, identifying areas of improvement. Your success with developing, implementing, and managing those enhancements contributes to the overall success of the sales team.
