About the team:

The Sales Operations and Enablement team develops and drives long-term strategies related to optimizing efficiencies within the Business Development, Integration and Seller Success teams.
We focus on improving processes, tools and delivering insights to enable these teams to deliver seller success.

The Opportunity:

The Sales Operations Business Analyst will work closely with business development, integration, seller success, and the Salesforce CRM team to prioritize team requests, identify improvement opportunities, document business requirements, and support the delivery and communication of projects. You will have a strong focus on Salesforce CRM optimization, process improvement, documentation and project delivery from scoping through to execution.
Responsibilities include:

Identify automation and optimization opportunities across the end-to-end seller lifecycle
Own project requirements documentation including process flows and other assets used to collect business needs
Propose solutions beyond what has been requested by our teams. You will work on opportunities to build for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on repeatable and scalable processes
Liase with Sales and Integration users and the Salesforce team to prioritize change and project requests
Drive Salesforce projects forward and participate in user acceptance testing, training documentation creation and SF training delivery
Assist with planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for various Salesforce projects
Work on ad-hoc Sales Operations projects (non-Salesforce related) as needed
Requirements:

Deep expertise in the Salesforce CRM platform functionality and standard methodologies
Prior experience in SFDC project management and analysis including scoping, timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, organizational change, etc.
Build positive relationships across various teams within client; an active listener and clear communicator; can lead by influence
Experience in sales operations, enablement, and/or sales preferred
