THE CHALLENGE
We are on a mission to digitize the world’s consumer products and are looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Enablement & Operations to join the Global Revenue Team. Reporting to the VP, Global Head of Sales (a key member of the executive staff), you will be a member of the Revenue Leadership Team helping us become a best-in-class, data-led and metrics-driven organization.
Your responsibility is to set up the Global Revenue Team for success and ensure that we’re fully optimized, operating at full throttle in all regions, and measuring progress against revenue goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Drive the revenue operations machine – including developing the reporting and analytical frameworks, tools and techniques to improve sales efficiency, productivity and effectiveness
- Work with Product and Marketing teams to develop, manage and update all sales assets
- Work with Marketing to develop lead generation activities such as webinars, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Optimize outcomes by supporting the sales process and overseeing pricing and contract support for new deals and renewals
- Define and implement Territory Planning Process in a scaling environment
- Measure and Analyze Sales Efficiency; then direct the programs in proper places
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Onboard, train, upskill and develop growth paths for the entire revenue team
- Provide direction and set the operating cadence for the field for Forecasting, Recruiting, and Enablement activities
- Provide oversight and be responsible for the overall productivity and ramping of the field teams and partners through enablement programs, delivery, readiness, and measurement
- Ensure alignment of resources and supporting systems to top-level company initiatives
- Ultimately manage the overall technology stack for everything sales related
- Including but not limited to Salesforce, Gong.io, ClosePlan, Sales Navigator and all other sales acceleration tools
- Manage the team responsible for the scoping, implementation, and maintenance of all sales tools and systems, information coming into and flowing out of the CRM platform, and the cleanliness of all GTM-related information to cross-functional departments
- The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales enablement and operations or related experience; 5+ years of which should be leading/managing a team
- Experience working for technology companies both small and large
- A proactive, creative, deeply analytical approach and structured thinking to cut through ambiguity
- A love for building frameworks, putting plans in motion, and analyzing results
- You have a hands-on management style, and are eager to find answers and be a part of a scaling, constantly changing organization
- You use the tools of the trade efficiently and effectively
- Organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects are second nature to you
- Ability to bring people and groups together, and aggressively drive outcomes
- Because we are a global company with team members across the globe, some flexibility with working hours will be required
- In-depth experience with detailed capacity plans, territory structuring, and account planning
- Marketing and/or agency experiences a big plus
- Background working for/with CPG brands a big plus
- Occasional travel required but flexible considering the global health environment
