As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Stax, you’ll play a crucial role in making sure our revenue facing teams are working effectively and efficiently and our managers have the information they need to make smart decisions about the business. Your primary focus areas will consist of data reporting and analysis, process improvements, and project management, to assist department leaders in attaining and retaining revenue more efficiently.Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Analyst will also proactively identify bottlenecks in business processes, and find ways to reduce them to make departments run smoother. You will be responsible for increasing productivity by simplifying processes, successfully rolling out new processes, creating/maintaining documentation, and providing actionable data to leaders.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
- Work alongside Director of Revenue Operations and department leaders to understand quarterly objectives, standardize business reporting, and create dashboards for all levels of management
- Manage and improve upon Hubspot CRM data & hygiene
- Help department leaders make informed decisions by creating the right dashboards and reports for them to monitor
- Perform deeper data analysis through Excel to provide additional insights outside of the CRM as requested
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in revenue facing processes and find ways to reduce them to improve revenue efficiency
- Increase productivity by simplifying processes and implementing enablement solutions
- Align with departments such as Marketing, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure our customers have a better end-to-end experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google sheets, etc.)
- 3+ years experience with Data Analysis, Revenue Operations, or Systems Management
- Hubspot experience: you should understand how to upload contacts, update fields and data, read workflows and automation rules, and create custom reports & dashboards
- Ability to pull and export reports, manipulate Microsoft Excel data
- Understanding of the Payment Processing space preferred, not required

- Familiarity with databases and sales software
- Familiarity with Google Apps and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
