About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our fast growing, dynamic team. This person will be a gritty, sales operations expert, ready to help Nextbite continue in its hyper-growth trajectory. They will work to help our sales team succeed by creating / enabling best-in-class sales systems and processes, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and managing several strategic projects. This role is critical to the long term success of our complex, strategic sales cycles with our Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB partners.
This is a remote role in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 annually with a 10% annual target bonus

Own the core sales operations, forecasting, & company dialogue surrounding sales reporting and process

Identify the core bottlenecks in the Salesforce process & architecture to influence LPR (locations sold by rep)

Own the sales commissions process and reporting

Directly influence the ramping speed of net new sales reps

Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure projects are completed on time

5+ years of successful experience implementing, and tracking enablement tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, Gong, and/or other marketing/sales tools

5+ experience in Salesforce (Salesforce admin certification preferred)

Experience with the creation / management of reports / dashboards and processes across multiple CRM and sales enablement platforms

Experience with AI & BI tools like Tableau, or other reporting databases

Experience creating / owning a sales commissions process
