Nimble is looking for a multi-faceted Marketing Operations lead to join our dynamic, growing team. You'll be a critical member of the GTM team and an essential voice as we collaboratively design the overall marketing strategy. This role will work closely with and be a strategic partner to our Director of Growth Marketing and is responsible for operational strategy, driving best practices around business processes, analytics, and insights, and driving scaling initiatives to support a hyper-growth company. Additionally, you'll work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders across the company, including partnerships, product, and senior leadership supporting our rapid growth and scale.
You will be reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer.
What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)
You will help build the technology foundation that enables marketing and partnership teams to align on the same goals and maximize output for qualified leads and opportunities.
This role will partner with internal stakeholders from Partnership, Demand Generation, and Product to optimize GTM, generate demand, and build a pipeline at scale.
You will be a campaign expert with an affinity for operational excellence and a problem solver that enjoys tackling big rocks as our business rapidly grows.
Define and continuously refine end-to-end processes from the first touch to lifecycle management
Identify and document workflows, content, owners, deliverables, and SLA across the campaign lifecycle.
Hands-on problem solver with a proven technical background to troubleshoot and solve complex problems within our Martech stack
Support cross-functional teams with reports, insights, and critical deliverables
Strong understanding of campaign attribution and other campaign reporting tools
Demonstrated ability and knowledge of data analysis and statistics, including hypothesis testing and A/B testing.
Collaborate with the demand generation team to forecast demand and ensure there is adequate demand center capacity
Own the support ticketing process for prioritizing internal requests from multiple stakeholders and driving technical resolution to completion
Implement and maintain a campaign playbook that defines how to run campaigns, outlines SLAs, and is the go-to resource for all incoming team members.
Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issues
Data-driven, and a continued learner, researching new strategies and techniques to improve your programs continuously.
What We Look For In You (i.e.) Job Requirements)
5+ years prior experience working in operations (Sales, Marketing, Revenue)
A drive towards continuous operational improvement.
Proven record of building marketing infrastructure to scale with limited resources and truncated timelines.
Strong acumen and experience in strategic sales, partnership, or business development process creation.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work with senior executives.
Strong attention to detail and focus; your work will be used at the highest levels of decision-making.
Highly skilled in utilizing and analyzing data to drive decision-making
