The Sales Operations Analyst role is an integral part of the dynamic QCS sales team.
Responsible for the day-to-day support of the company’s sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimising data sets and sales applications. The Sales Operations Analyst manages sales administration, oversees business analytics and attainment planning, and direct Sales Force enablement. The Sales Operations Analyst is principally focused on delivering:

The job that needs doing:
- Updating weekly/monthly target information within Salesforce and V4
- Calculation of team commissions for AM and NB
- Tracking KPI data daily and weekly
- Enforcing sales team carry out their regular operational tasks (e.g. phone number checking)
- Maintaining data integrity within Salesforce – Ensuring accurate completion of Salesforce records by Sales agents
- Reconciling weekly sales data in V4 vs Salesforce
- Dealing with invoice queries and ensuring all sales are appropriately invoiced
- Promote Salesforce/Pardot usage by Sales agents
- Optimise use of Salesforce and train team where necessary
- Identify areas for improvement in sales process and tools
- Pipeline forecasting and reporting
- Report creation and maintenance in Power BI and Salesforce
- Management of Sales collateral library – including creating and maintaining a list of pre-sales FAQs
- Co-ordination, compilation and enforcement of Sales best practice (tools, materials and process)
