The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to guide us through a period of high growth by providing critical operational support to our GTM teams. This is a new position on a growing team and a career-changing opportunity to shape the foundation that will enable Amino to scale and realize its massive potential.
Key initiatives and ownership:
- Support the sales engine by building and executing processes to track pipeline development, deal progression, and revenue forecasts
- Audit existing sales tools and capabilities ensuring systems are used effectively and appropriately (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, prospecting tools, sales dashboards, etc) and identifying user training opportunities
- Build and manage the RFP library and sales asset database
- Build and manage dashboards to track sales team performance, quota attainment, and KPI trends
This opportunity is for you if you:
- Have strong consultative skills combined with a healthy mix of creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
- You love thinking big and can deliver results leading sales operational initiatives for an enterprise SaaS org. Experience with a high growth health-tech org is a bonus.
- Bring extensive systems experience implementing and executing best practices. Salesforce experience required

- PTO is non accrual and we expect Amino's to take a minimum of 15 days a year.
