Director, International Revenue Operations
A key driver in building the foundation of the International Revenue Operations function focusing on EMEA and APJ regions. This leader will be a primary partner to EMEA & APJ Executives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Field Ops and Customer Success, and work closely with global Revenue Operations leadership to define, drive, and operationalize the direction, operations, process, and systems for the EMEA and APJ Revenue functions. Strong strategic leader that will embrace fast-paced, high-performance, and collaborative SaaS environment. This leader will be instrumental in building and scaling RevOps. This role will report to the AVP of Revenue Analytics. The Director of RevOps is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the go-to-market (GTM) organization. This leader works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the go-to-market organization.
In this role you will…

Lead the Revenue analytics for Cornerstone’s International business by coordinating with Sales and Marketing leadership

Develop regular cadence on key business metrics related to staffing, utilization, bookings, revenue, implementation progress

Extract key business insights from qualitative and quantitative data, identify potential risks and opportunities and create solutions to mitigate long-term issues and drive more revenue and growth

Manage critical feedback and prioritize requests as areas of improvement for international business; Provide guidance to regional functional teams for swift execution

Direct the team of revenue analysts and ensure that they are taking a proactive approach to anticipating potential issues and providing valuable feedback and strategic recommendations to improve sales velocity

Assist in operational activities for region-specific programs as well as ad hoc project support
You’ve got what it takes if you have…

8+ years of experience working in Sales and Revenue Operations leadership roles along with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success function
-
5+ years of experience working at a high-growth SaaS environment managing a recurring revenue operation or sales operations team
-
Strong proficiency with advanced reporting solution(s) (Tableau, MS PowerBI) and hands on experience working with multiple CRMs.

Familiarity with European and Asian markets, ability to provide country-specific insights for growth and retention

High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

Deep experience with revenue technologies, especially salesforce, and an ability to understand and learn new technologies

Strong MS Excel skills (charts, pivot, statistics) strongly desired

Bachelor’s in technical or business field or equivalent amount of experience and education

Team player with an ability to assess problems and solutions from an objective perspective that is in the best interest of the business

Provide detailed reporting, forecasts, actionable insights, and compelling presentations for weekly updates, monthly summaries, QBRs, and board meetings

Attract, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing revenue operations team
