ABOUT THIS ROLE:
An Operations Specialist provides support to both internal and external clients. Each position is designed to teach the Operations Specialist a specific functional area of Insight Global and helps build a strong understanding of the Company’s operations. The role includes both working within our company Customer Relationship Management system, as well as building strong communication skills through daily interactions with the sales organization and the customers we do business with. This position is an entry-level role and will enable you to gain transferrable skills that will help you develop professionally.
One of Insight Global’s core principals is to promote from within. Opportunities for advancement include promotions to senior level roles, Team Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and Director level positions.
Must Have:

- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze contractual language and reporting data

Day to Day:
- Support all operational functions for the Digital Office
- Assist the Hiring Partners to develop and execute negation strategies
- Manage staffing request distribution within HubSpot
- Respond to Chats in Hubspot
- Educate potential customers on terms negotiations/capabilities of Insight Global
- Call and email prospective customer requests, set meetings
- Maintain knowledge of the Insight Global standard MSA, create and edit MSA
- Review and revise new and existing client contracts to meet company standards
- Assists with heavy redlines for MSAs
- Reviews employment, nondisclosure, and service agreements to identify terms that may affect the business
- Assist with new company research, market analysis, capabilities, referrals, references/testimonials
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects: Digital Office, Contracts, Digital Channels
