This is where you come in. To help drive our growth we’re looking for agile, ambitious folks with a strong growth mindset to join our team as a Revenue Operations Manager.
A brief overview of what you’ll be doing at Deepcrawl
You will play a critical role in optimizing our data insights, governance, and reporting. The revenue operations team is focused on improving company performance from our findings, through process and strategic recommendations to the director of revenue operations and the senior leadership team at Deepcrawl. You will improve upon our existing Salesforce and Clari tools for our sales and customer lifecycle management, and be empowered to make recommendations for further improvements to our toolkits, processes, and strategy for sales enablement and customer success. You will work closely with finance, marketing, and revenue operations to develop and improve upon our data warehouse.
Key Outputs
- Maintaining, improving upon, and expanding our current reporting toolkit
- Audit and enhance data governance projects
- Capacity planning and strategic account assignment
- Design processes, audit checkpoints and features to support customer lifecycle and sales tracking in Salesforce
Measurements / Performance indicators
- Completed pipeline forecast reporting on a weekly basis, to support sales leadership and finance forecasts
- Enforce best practices in data on a regular basis, resulting in a 90% accuracy by end of fiscal year. This includes maintaining a library of data definitions and KPI formulas.
- Successful capacity planning and account assignment process
- Deliver meaningful improvements to salesforce system quality, such as user experience, process adherence, and data quality.
Key Experience and knowledge
Skills required: Salesforce, SQL, Tableau (or comparable visualization platform), Excel, Google Sheets. Preferred: Hubspot, Clari
