About The Role

- As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will partner with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support the execution of Goals, Priorities, & Metrics; tracking & reporting, fostering collaboration and driving interlock.
- This role is hands-on, and the ideal candidate needs to be ready to roll up their sleeves and execute with speed and agility and all aspects of Run-the-Business, including Forecasting, Pipeline, Sales Performance, MBOs, QBRs, and presentations.
- The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, have high attention to detail, be open-minded to challenge the status quo and work in a rapidly changing organization.
- The Analyst will also drive business requirements, operational improvements, and enhancements to the CRM system and sales platforms and tools.
- The Analyst should have a growth mindset and strong communications skills to be able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and be able to drive business decisions.
About You
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales operations, Business operations, Finance, management consulting, or Data Analytics role
- Your background includes 3+ years of positioning solutions across all levels of decision makers
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- 1+ years of experience on a CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Experience working on Microsoft Power Platform – PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI; Tableau or any other Visualization tools
- You have experience working on Microsoft SharePoint, working on Business process improvement initiatives is a plus
- You have the ability to communicate and present effectively to Senior Executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- The ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with peers and other teams
- You effectively solve complex problems with simple scalable solutions:
- Your influencing skills are very effective at both the executive and individual contributor level
- You work very well in a faster-pace and high-growth environment
- Candidates with proficient Spanish-speaking ability are preferred

For Colorado Residents the starting salary for this position is $93,000.00
