We are looking for a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator & Sales Operations Analyst. Working with the Salesforce and Sales Operations teams, this hybrid technical role resides in the business side of the sales organization to support the sales operations, sales reporting, and Salesforce administrative functions. This Salesforce Certified Administrator supports the day to day activities and maintenance of our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Quip implementations while also supporting and empowering our user base to make the most out of these tools. They will also assist in the maintenance and development of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards that are used to provide our sales teams with visibility into sales information to support decision making and drive business results as well as support existing sales programs.
This person will have strong business acumen, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables, and communicate effectively with sales team members as well as other individuals across the organization.
As the Salesforce Administrator & Sales Operations Analyst at ivari you will:
Manage the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce implementation by:

Activating, updating, and deactivating Salesforce and Quip User records as required

Ensuring Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Field Level Security, and Sharing Rules are configured with appropriate visibility and permissions
-
Maintaining Public Group, Queue, and Permission Set User assignments
-
Monitoring and upgrading Managed Packages, add-on functionality, and Self Signed Certificates
-
Creating and refreshing Sandbox environments on a regular basis as needed
-
Reviewing Salesforce release notes for changes that impact or can be leveraged by our implementation
Ensure Salesforce limits are respected and data integrity is maintained by:

Monitoring data and file usage against limits
-
Ensuring processes for removing unnecessary data from our org (particularly around Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, Tasks, Events, as well as Marketing Cloud Email Sends) are documented, monitored, and executed on a regular basis
-
Executing Account and Contact assignments and reassignments
-
Converting Leads and merging Contacts
-
Supporting non-Salesforce system changes and enhancements including requirements, testing, implementation where related to data in Salesforce
Support the analytics experience in Salesforce by:
-
Designing Reports and Dashboards that maximize user relevance by leveraging techniques such as trending, dynamic filtering, summary formulas, change calculations, row level formulas, cross filters, bucketing, ranking, and conditional formatting

Maintaining and managing appropriate Report and Dashboard access with appropriate folder structure
-
Ensuring processes for Report and Dashboard archiving and deletion are documented, monitored, and executed on a regular basis
-
Managing existing Reports and Dashboards to ensure they are in the appropriate folder, are updated to reflect changes in business needs, and simplified/streamlined where possible

Assisting the Sales Operations team with the design and development of new Reports and Dashboards including those related to tracking for Sales and Distribution initiatives
Encourage Salesforce user adoption and enable users to be self-sufficient by:

Handling user inquiries and requests logged as support tickets through resolution (escalating to appropriate subject matter expert when necessary), which can include items such as ad hoc Report, List View, and Campaign creation, as well as bulk data updates

Ensuring new users are assigned and able to access the appropriate onboarding resources in Trailhead
-
Creating and maintaining best practices user guides, process documents, and in-app guidance
What we are looking for…
-
Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Technology/MIS, or equivalent work experience
-
Salesforce Certified Administrator proficient in using the Salesforce platform as described above
-
1 to 3 years of experience working directly with Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds as an administrator, business analyst, or power user
-
Working knowledge of productivity tools such as Quip and Microsoft Excel
-
Proactive, self-driven learner with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
-
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with proactive problem solving skills
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to interpret and communicate complex information in an organized, logical, and effective manner to a variety of audiences

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
-
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team to achieve objectives
-
A desire to work in a high energy, fast paced business operations environment

Under a hybrid working environment you are available to work remotely as well as 1-2 days per week or as needed from our head office in Toronto
