WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: The Sales Program Manager is an important leadership role in the AAA Minneapolis Membership and Marketing department. In this role the Manager will develop the strategy, plan, execute and measure performance of the sales programs for our primary services and improve lead generation from internal and external opportunities. This position requires an individual with a strong sales background and proven skills in campaign management, strategic planning and people management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop inbound and outbound lead channels for Membership, Automotive, Insurance, Financial, and Travel business unit sales agent teams.
- Make use of and enhance phone, CRM, and transactional system technology capabilities for delivering leads to sales agents, measuring sales activities, and reporting outcomes.
- Develop and manage sales program performance measures for reporting to sales agents, business unit management, and senior leadership.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative analytics tools to monitor, analyze and optimize key marketing and communications metrics across business lines.
- Deliver revenue growth through sales programs that deliver consistent sales performance improvements year over year.
- Forecast projected sales from planned activities and sales budget for supporting expenses
- Work collaboratively with management and training teams to establish, communicate, and strengthen highly effective sales behaviors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management and strategic planning, campaign management and execution of other key marketing functions is required.
- Minimum of 3 years people leadership is required.
- Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Demonstrated ability to establish, implement and maintain effective sales and marketing programs.
- Builds trust, values others, communicates effectively, drives execution, fosters innovation, focuses on the customer, collaborates with others, solves problems creatively and demonstrates high integrity.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
