The Finance team at Curative, a subsidiary of Doximity, is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to manage and optimize all aspects of our Billing & Collections and Provider Pay operations and processes including client and provider support, process and technology optimization, team member engagement and development, ensuring alignment of operational execution with Curative and Doximity company goals and high stakeholder satisfaction. This newly created role will report to Doximity’s Senior Director, Revenue and will also ensure ongoing compliance of billing, collections and provider pay activities with internal company policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and US GAAP.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Manage the day-to-day revenue operations and coach, mentor and lead a team of 5 employees
- Lead Billing & Collections operations for all three Curative revenue streams (Locum Tenens, Clinical Search and Executive Search), with accountability for complete and accurate client billing and optimization of Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) through timely client payments, appropriate client credit levels, negotiating client payment arrangements, and minimization of customer bad debt.
- Lead Provider Pay operations for Locum Tenens business, with emphasis on providing accurate, validated and reliable payments to Curative’s 1099 clinicians via system and process optimization along with partnership with internal production and operations resources
- Drive Curative Order To Cash team’s month end close duties and review relevant journal entries, workpapers and fluctuation explanations
- Coordinate with SVP, Operations on implementation of a Deal Desk process, including serving as primary Finance representative for non-standard deal review and ensuring compliance with audit support documentation requirements
- Live a customer service lifestyle with Doximity and Curative’s joint Providers-First mantra at the core of your daily activities and your team’s priorities
- Partner with FP&A and production teams on Curative revenue forecasting process
- Drive efficiencies in the financial close, revenue operations processes and seek out new opportunities for process and documentation improvement
- Work closely with external auditors to provide support for annual audit
- Maintain and update internal documentation for revenue policies, procedures and controls
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 8+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ in both the temporary staffing industry and in people leadership / managerial roles
- NetSuite and Salesforce proficiency a plus
- Strong accountability and detail oriented
- Quick learner with ability to multitask, work independently, think critically and problem solve
- Good understanding of order-to-cash business processes and best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work well cross-functionally across multiple teams
- Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles
- Proficient in Excel
- Location in Dallas, TX is preferred
