Nesco Resource is seeking a Sales Operations Associate for our client in New Milford, CT. This in-person opportunity is for you if you are a well-organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Provide exceptional customer service through efficient and timely assistance with purchases, suggestive selling, and providing product information.
- Answer customer request via multi-line phone system, email, website, etc.
- Input customer orders into ERP system, verify price, discount, delivery date, shipping method, etc.
- Generate quotes through CRM, input closed sales to CRP, communicate purchase order information with appropriate individual.
- Maintain an open line of communication with sales team and customers.
- Assist with filing/clerical duties as needed.
Here’s What a Successful Candidate Looks Like:
- Associate’s Degree and/or 3-5 years of customer service/order processing experience.
- Exceptional computer skills; well-versed in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interfacing with customers and team members on a regular basis.
- Excellent attention to detail, follow up, and organizational skills.
- ERP system experience a plus!
