Job Description:
Spritz Society is seeking a Director, Sales & Operations Planning to oversee and steer the company towards sustainable and profitable goals. This individual is someone with inspiring energy, supreme organization, and a detailed understanding of how to manage departments and employees to drive success. The Director, Sales & Operations Planning will implement strategic structures and processes, oversee and execute against operational activities, direct human resources functions, and serve as a dependable guide for the company’s vision.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the company in creating cross-functional operations and workflows that allow departments to maximize business goals.
- Utilize sales operations and planning methodologies to drive the business decision making across inventory planning
- Communicate inventory requirements across departments to effectively plan resources
- Work with management on important initiatives and long term projects
- Analyze and implement targeted strategies focused on improving business relationships, reducing costs, and achieving business-wide efficiency.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the company's working operations and disseminate best practices in a clear, organized manner.
- Build trusting relationships and act as a mentor and problem-solver for internal departments and external partners.
- Clearly and confidently represent the company on and off-site with media and external partners.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in supply chain or business operations.
- Demonstrated history of project and employment management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on trust and reliability.
- Previous beverage alcohol industry experience is a plus.

- Clear set of business ethics practiced with honesty and integrity.
- Confident, organized, and dependable.
- Ability to work collaboratively and generate creative solutions under deadlines.
- Strong communication skills used effectively across all levels of the internal organization and with external partners.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently and with a team.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel), presentations, (Keynote or Powerpoint), and project management
