In this role you will be responsible for managing the sales operations. This is a leadership role and will oversee the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned teams within the sales department.
Duties/Responsibilities: - Build and manage relationships with Buyers and Accounts
- Lead a Sales Team
- Mentor and coach associates
- Provide quality feedback
- Manage performance and KPIs
- Manage and grow current business while consistently looking for new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales, shipping & margin goals on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual basis
- Maintain, manage and execute new business prospect list
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements and/or recommend new products
- Understand Market and Pricing Structures
- Build and maintain industry network base
- Understand and Analyze Customers Sales Plan and our Performance
- Create Selling Forecasts
- Manage and respond to all customer inquiries
