Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Management Consulting, business operations, or strategy and operations.
- Experience with accessing, parsing, and analyzing data sets using SQL or similar query languages.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- Experience leading complex operational/strategic initiatives in a global role/on a global scale.
- Experience with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS markets, Business-to-Business software ecosystem and lifecycle, and cloud-based technologies.
- Experience presenting go-to-market strategies, results, and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to form solid working relationships across technical and business functions in multiple companies, with experience in building and growing Business-to-Business marketplaces.
- Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.

(Colorado only*) Minimum full-time salary range between $153,000 - $164,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. *Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales operations for the Google Cloud Marketplace and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Go-to-Market Programs for measurable outcomes, insights, and business growth.
- Support the Marketplace and ISV Go-to-Market Program's strategy, in alignment with Product and Ecosystem team leaders. Work with the Global GCP Marketplace team, and enable the GCP field organization.
- Support business operation activities such as business planning, creation of monthly/quarterly business reviews, and executive briefings on the status of the organization’s performance.
- Work on special projects/initiatives to address key business strategy questions that arise to help improve overall business performance, while partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Be an excellent communicator, agile, and creative problem solver.
