Purpose of Role:
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team! You will be working in a fast-paced, challenging, and growing environment, responsible for supporting the Company’s growth and ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition/reporting and customer success. You are a valued expert, expected to deliver high quality, accurate results and be a key management resource.
Core Responsibilities:
Build and manage revenue/billing operations across six business units in the US and India.
Attract, hire, and retain a team of high-performing revenue/billing operations professionals who possess
outstanding knowledge, experience, ethics, and integrity.
Review sales arrangements to ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with company policy and accounting standards.
Document revenue allocation and recognition for multi-element arrangements.
Review transactions for revenue recognition and billing in Workday.
Assist in month-end close activities and account reconciliations.
Assist in billing, revenue, and deferred revenue analysis.
Support FP&A by providing revenue/billing analysis and reports as needed.
Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and participate in SOX testing as needed.
Respond to inquiries from customers and other internal groups.
Support quarterly review and annual audit related to revenue and billing.
Manage and coach internal and third-party personnel to ensure cohesive and collaborative execution.
Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.
Professional Experience, Essential Skills, and Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other closely related field.
CPA strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm and/or revenue/billing operations department of a multinational organization.
Proven work experience in revenue/billing operations, including excellent knowledge of revenue recognition rules, including ASC 606.
Good understanding of financial statements and strong account reconciliation skills.
Strong communication skills, with an ability to interact with team members at all levels of the organization, as well as an ability to articulate complex accounting guidance and explanations in generally understood terms.

Organized and detail oriented.
Self-starter with ability to learn new tasks quickly.
Takes ownership and drives projects to completion with minimal supervision.
