Description
This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations. This role will analyze and track revenue data over a period of time and determine the direction of the revenue and trends that work across all functions. This role will also be responsible for developing new strategies for growth and retention.
What that means day-to-day:
- Maintain and organize account assignments within CRM (Salesforce/LaneFour)
- Develop and maintain CRM Ecosystem of Tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZommInfo, SalesNavigator, Sales Playbook) and their relative pieces of training and documentation as needed
- Keep abreast of developments across all product integrations and business processes and determine how to integrate them with our internal stakeholders.
- Analyze contracts post-sale to understand revenue impacts, and ensure the system is updated.
- Review and monitor data points and dashboards within CRM and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Field ad hoc analysis/requests (For example (i.e. total addressable market analysis, data clean-up projects, contract reviews, etc)
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify and execute reporting needs
- Develop and recommend ways to streamline operations and processes by building key analyses and reports to enable faster decision-making
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) on implementing key initiatives that drive revenue.
- Evaluate and advise on the use of new technologies to improve conversion and competitor data to stay at the forefront of B2B SaaS data analysis trends.
- Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work with sales, marketing, and senior leadership to perfect lead flow, sales processes, and sales methodologies to maximize ROI and productivity.
- Provide the entire sales & marketing teams with the data they need to grow the business exponentially
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in roles where you owned projects or initiatives solving complex analytical problems end-to-end, ideally in the following areas: E.g sales operations/analytics, marketing operations/analytics, revenue operations/analytics, customer operations/analytics.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
- Self-motivated, and self-directed with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to new initiatives
- Adept with CRM and Reporting/Dashboard software.
- An innate drive to solve complex problems, collaborate with others and mentor team members.
- Strong understanding of the technical/functional side of the systems to be able to troubleshoot for different departments and resolve technical errors. Understanding the processes, the Why, and they are connected connects so we can keep data and automation integrity.
- Must be high detail-orientated and exact, extremely organized and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong hands-on data analysis skills, craft advanced formulas within excel, and turn data into dashboard visualizations.
- You’re adept at synthesizing analyses into compelling presentations that find key trends/insights, and implications
- You get things done and no task is too small - you’re both a team player and executor with a deep sense of ownership
Considered an Asset:
- A deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and how that translates into analytics capabilities.
- Experience in SaaS business models and/or familiarity with SaaS growth metrics
- Experience in tools such Salsloft, Zoominfo, Chilipiper, SalesNavigator, Lanefour, Demand Tools, Marketo
