About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Revenue Officer will lead the retail operations, store network, customer service and other teams to develop and execute revenue generation strategies. The role will unify processes to optimise customer engagement, and build, train and mentor a sustainable high-performing team. Instilling a strong sense of culture, commercialism and accountability within the retail network, the appointee will empower the team to exceed targets, improve market share and execute best-practice departmental training and development, while driving a first-class customer experience to continue maximising customer satisfaction.
About you
You are a high-performing retail executive with a track record of developing and motivating best-practice retail focused teams to exceed on financial and non-financial targets. An emotionally intelligent change-leader, you have demonstrated success in growing revenue through crafting and executing on business strategies, lifting team performance capability, and instilling a commercial approach across your teams and the wider business. Your ability to build credible and effective relationships across all levels of a business is underpinned by your drive to succeed, executive leader capability, presence, gravitas and focus on people.
