We are currently working on an exclusive basis with one of the UK's most exciting FinTech start-ups, who have a global presence and are already generating profit. The mission of the business is to deliver innovative cryptocurrency solutions that cater to the needs of the financial services industry. They are currently seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the CRO will build and manage a best-in-class sales organization. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CRO is responsible for driving excellence across the company's sales function.
- Experience in high risk/high volatility markets.
- Has worked in a FinTech
- Been a revenue leader who has directly sold and managed salespeople account managers and can demonstrate a track record of rapidly scaling recurring revenue
- 6+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
- Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
- Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
- Significant general management and P&L experience
- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy
- History of decision-making based on business metrics
- Someone that has worked at a scale up who knows what a scale up looks like at their point
- Inheriting team of account managers
- London based
