- The Sales Operations Coordinator will focus on sales cycle support, CPT payments and government program administration, delivering operational excellence, and business process improvements for the Endocrinology businesses.
A Day in the Life
- Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
- Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
- Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
- Gathers and compiles information for reports.
- Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
- Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
- Develops and maintain critical metrics that track progress against agreed deliverables, providing analytics that can lead to enhancements in systems and processes.
- Plan and execute process improvement initiatives
- Collects new government applications, reviews for accuracy and completion. Follows up processes and submits completed application for payment.
- Contacts patient and/or clinic to make arrangements for corrections as needed and resubmits claims once corrected.
- Reviews/enters the CPT submitted compensation form/training checklists for accuracy and cross references SAP ICE and Salesforce to ensure everything matches up, and there is not a duplicate.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma
Nice to Have
- Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree
- Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education.
- Strong planning, project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to plan, manage and execute projects within budget and on schedule
- Ability to communicate effectively to and with all levels of the organization and customers (strong written and verbal skills)
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
