Responsibilities
How Will You Contribute to the Company?
Reporting to the V ice P resident of Global Sales Operations , t he Sr. Manager of APAC Sales Operations will define and deliver on key business analytics to assist the international sales leaders and teams in managing their business . The role will be the voice of the international sales teams back to several headquarter functions, including Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain .
What Will You Do?
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting process used within Cradlepoint's International Sales Motions.
- Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales planning efforts. As needed, coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders in the company.
- Lead strategic planning efforts, looking 2-3 years ahead to ensure international growth objectives are achieved.
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement.
- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the international sales leaders.
- Recommend revisions to existing reports or assist in developing new reporting tools.
- Implement enabling technologies.
- Monitor sales organization's compliance with required standards for CRM data.
- Work closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the company's technology investments.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of progressive international sales operations experience
- Strong analytical skills and business knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
