We are looking for someone who can be given a list of problems and provide a comprehensive solution from start to finish. This person will be driven by successful outcomes and taking decisive action. This person will sniff out inefficiencies and problems then find the best solution as well draft clear communications to our global team around the new processes and tools.
We want someone who is creative in the way they look at business and finding improvements to legacy systems. The ideal candidate will be able to give clever and thoughtful feedback to Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to help all departments achieve better outcomes. Objectives of this Role

Serve as a creative thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity across Sales, Support, Service, and Product Dev teams

Sniff out inefficiencies within the organization and propose high RoI initiatives to get them resolved. Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.

Own projects end-to-end, ensure stakeholders are kept in the loop and meet delivery goals

Analyzing commercial data such as budgets, sales results, and forecasts

Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Creating functional and creative specifications for solutions.

Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.

Supporting business transition and helping to establish change

Never letting “perfect'' be the enemy of “better”. Implementing a change to improve a system today and being able to prioritize the best possible solution vs the most viable and timely solution
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e. Sales, Support, Product, and Operations) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way.

Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis.

Maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties

Author and update internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation

Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations

Maintain SOP’s for various commercial roles as systems and processes are improved and overhauled.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity

Proven analytical abilities

Practical experience generating process documentation and reports

Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

This person will need to be an excellent project manager working across Sales, Product, R&D, and Leadership

Ability to work across departments including Sales, Customer Support, Product and Executive leadership to drive projects to completion
Preferred Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of relevant business applications, including Salesforce and Pardot and Spreadsheets (excel and G-sheets)

Proven development of innovative and creative systems solutions

Extensive experience with data visualization and turning reports into suggested actions and next steps

Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
