For our global Sales Team, we are looking for a committed, energetic and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d)to make SimScale’s sales team more productive.
SimScale empowers customers to solve real engineering problems and makes high-fidelity engineering simulation accessible to everyone, everywhere, at any time, and scale. We work with our customers to help them to create world-class products by leveraging CAE in the cloud.
In this role, you will support SimScale’s global sales team with anything related to sales data, processes, and tools. As part of our centralized Revenue Operations team, you will improve reports, tools, and automations to enable higher productivity, better reporting and developing next generation sales processes aligned with our go-to-market strategy.
Your Opportunity
- Support our global sales team with anything related to data, processes and tools
- Design and customize our Salesforce setup and adjacent sales tools
- Build accurate revenue, pipeline, performance and forecast reports for sales leadership to empower them making the right decisions
- Structure and implement efficiency improvements and automations for inside and field sales processes
- Monitor the accuracy of sales reports and other data and intelligence essential to the sales organization: recommend revision to existing reports, or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed
- Audit, uncover and resolve data quality issues; make recommendations to avoid issues in the future
- Proactively identifying deviations from target metrics and providing actionable suggestions to continuously improve
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied to our company
What We Expect From You
- 5+ years work experience in sales operations, Salesforce consulting or equivalent function with significant technical exposure to automating processes, setting up tools and analyzing data
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing and customer success processes (sales funnel, forecasting, lead and opportunity qualification, etc.)
- Expert knowledge in out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality as well as building custom solutions
- Experience using advanced spreadsheets and data analytics / BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- First-hand experience using Lead Data Platforms (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, or similar) and Sales Engagement Platforms (Groove, Outreach, Salesloft or similar)
- Good programming skills (preferably Java, Apex and JavaScript)
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, oversee conflicting priorities and complete assignments under time constraints
- Strong documentation and verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
