For our global Revenue Operations team, we are looking for a committed, energetic and data-driven Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) to make SimScale’s marketing, customer success and sales teams more productive. In this role, you will improve reports, tools, and automations to enable higher productivity, better reporting and developing next generation marketing and sales processes aligned with our go-to-market strategy.
Your Opportunity
- Support our global marketing, sales and customer success teams with anything related to data, processes and tools
- Design and customize our HubSpot and Salesforce setup and adjacent tools like ChurnZero or Intercom
- Build accurate lead acquisition, pipeline, performance and forecast reports for marketing and sales leadership to empower them making the right decisions
- Structure and implement efficiency improvements and automations for digital marketing and sales processes
- Monitor the accuracy of marketing and sales reports and other data and intelligence essential to the organization: recommend revision to existing reports, or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed
- Implement, maintain, and improve marketing attribution data and tools; understanding of multi-touch cross-channel multimedia campaign go-to-market motions
- Audit, uncover and resolve data quality issues (e.g. conduct periodical lead, contact, account audits); make recommendations to avoid issues in the future
- Proactively identify deviations from target metrics and provide actionable suggestions to continuously improve
- Optimize and drive revenue operations initiatives based on analysis and insights from user-generated dataStay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied to our technology stack
What We Expect From You
- 5+ years work experience in revenue operations, HubSpot or Salesforce consulting or equivalent function with significant technical exposure to automating processes, setting up tools and analyzing data
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies
- Expert knowledge in out-of-the-box HubSpot and Salesforce functionality as well as building custom solutions
- Experience using advanced spreadsheets and data analytics / BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Basic programming skills (preferably JavaScript)
- Ability to conduct sophisticated analysis and translate results in easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, oversee conflicting priorities and complete assignments under time constraints
- Strong documentation and verbal/written communication skills
