Your Responsibilities - Exciting And Challenging
The Revenue Operations team is the youngest department at Alaiko and we are looking for talents like you to work leveraging data and processes to support the operations of Revenue teams (Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Customer success). The team's goal is to build an effective revenue engine, by aligning the right people with the right repeatable processes, driven by the right data, tech, and metrics.
- You will be a strategic partner for teams across entire revenue funnel to drive visibility and improvement in the revenue performance
- You will drive processes to enable our revenue teams (Marketing, Growth, Sales and Customer Success) to work at maximum effectiveness
- You will empower people by defining and maintaining Key Performance Indicators that provide a clear picture of whether we are on track
- You will be the owner of Commercial Tools and manage the CRM workflows
- You will be managing the data analytics development for commercial
YOUR PROFILE - DETAIL-ORIENTED, INDEPENDENT AND MOTIVATED
- 2+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales/Marketing Operations, data analytics or similar
- You have extensive experience working with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce and are familiar with other Sales oriented applications
- You have experience working with Business Intelligence tools and are capable of deriving insights from data
- Your organizational talent, KPI-oriented mindset, and your affinity for processes, data & numbers rounds up your hands-on mentality
- You have strong analytical skills and demonstrated the ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions
- You are a true communication talent with very good very good English skills. German is a plus
