Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a revenue operations manager for our Digital Services organization. Digital Services is a sponsored growth initiative & newly formed organization with direct reporting to Climate Solutions Leadership. The world is changing fast towards DIGITAL, and this is creating new opportunities across industries, technologies, and geographies for Danfoss. Danfoss’ future products will be connected, and new business models will appear. In addition, IoT, SaaS, and Apps will increasingly be driving customer value and revenue.
The Digital Service organization in Danfoss will accelerate our existing service business and bring new services to life. Today we successfully deliver SaaS solutions that decarbonize buildings, prevent food loss in the cold chain, reduce energy consumption and much more across the globe.

As revenue operations manager, your will get to know get to know the digital service business inside-out, develop roadmaps, test & learn, and drive outcomes for our global revenue teams & customers. Additionally, you will cultivate strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with business and functional leaders, Business Operations as well as external partners and vendors to improve revenue operations for our digital service business.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead larger projects that increase insight into volume and conversation rate metrics to improve metrics such as NRR.
- Lead and support the implementation of our Revops framework in timely steps to realize our ambition of a data driven revenue engine.
- Design and deploy internal tool strategies; create and manage multi-quarter roadmaps in alignment with the internal Danfoss.
- Orchestrate the creation of a tech stack and structure we need to support our digital service business from lead to renewal.
- Be the one point of contact from the digital services organization into group wide projects like CRM, ERP, CSP etc.
- Be a key part of the newly formed customer success and Revops function and pioneer our Ops setup and help shape our GTM strategies and services.
- Use data to get to the bottom of a growth opportunities and help highlight resolutions
- Establish end-to end transparency of the customer journey and make accessible to revenue teams and help measure CX across the customer base.
- Drive value by spearheading our customer health project using both telemetry data and digital touchpoints
- Drive operations tech stack & roadmap and implement tools to automate critical processes - eventually across all commercial functions
Background & Skills
- 3+ years work experience in revops, marketing operations, sales- or customer success operations or as data analytics in a commercial function.
- 2+ years experience in global stakeholder management roles (preferably in an Industrial B2B or fast-growing SaaS company)
- Native to Customer Success platforms, SalesForce, PowerBi or other relevant tools
- You possess a solid understanding of the operational frameworks of Sales, Marketing & CS funnels from real experience
- Experience with multifaceted IT projects with cross project interdependencies
- Experience implementing third party systems to e.g. SalesForce and utilizing as Agile methodologies as means
- Proactivity and positivity: independently seeks information, solves conceptual problems, corrals resources, and delivers results in challenging and multi-faceted situations; eager and motivated to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
