Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Creative Kids Online Marketplace sales channels management including, but not limited to, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, Wholesalers, etc.
- Create and maintain online catalog for product listings across marketplaces
- Collaborate with warehouse, product development, creative and marketing teams
- Lead and monitor the stages of the product life cycles for new products
- Use spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create & monitor deals, coupons, and promotions based on what's trending in sales, and performance
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are always available to customers
- Forecast inventory for fulfillment centers
- Manage & fulfill customer orders
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ecommerce experience required
- Amazon Seller/Vendor experience preferred
- Organized self-starter, with extreme attentive to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Logistics software experience is a plus
- Can multi-task, prioritize, and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong Collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
