About Us
Procurement Partners builds easy-to-use software that lets healthcare organizations automate their purchasing, inventory management, and invoicing process for sourcing surgical, medical and other supplies to serve their patients and residents. We help thousands of facilities and their staff reduce their expenses and time spent on procuring items so they can increase time spent on patient and resident care. Procurement Partners now includes both OnCare & Hybrent product lines, making us the fastest-growing procure-to-pay software company in healthcare.
We are backed by a growth-oriented investment firm and are scaling up rapidly and want you to join our organization! If you have a passion for technology, enjoy providing value to customers, and are looking for a company that will help you develop your career, we want to talk to you!
About The Role
We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to play a critical role in driving the growth of our business. We can’t improve what we can’t measure, and the Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for making sure we have the infrastructure, processes, and metrics in place to run our marketing and sales team in a data-driven way.
As the late Patrick Kelly – the first sales ops group leader – described it, we need someone to help with “all the nasty number things that you don’t want to do but need to do to make a great sales force.”
You will work closely with sales and marketing to help define our team’s processes. From there, you will help us build out and improve our sales and marketing tech stack, Salesforce, to reinforce those processes in an efficient way. With great technology in place, you will also ensure the team is recording and receiving the data it needs. This is the first Revenue Operations hire at Procurement Partners so it will have a significant impact on how we grow our Revenue Operations team and muscles.
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience with Salesforce.com and other sales and marketing technologies. More importantly, we are looking for a proven track record of driving process improvement, helping a team adopt those process changes, and then measuring the results. An ideal candidate will know not only how the technology works, but how to adapt it to help our team be successful. We are also looking for a candidate who is smart, humble, driven, and a team player.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, let us know!
