Atlas Health is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our company. In this role, you will work directly with key team leaders across sales, marketing and customer success to identify strategic and operational projects that provide business insights and high priority objectives to the Growth Team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day processes for CRM and revenue tech stack to ensure they work together and capture accurate data. Drive improvements and innovation in relation to leads, pipeline management and metrics with the Growth Team.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, enabling a heightened focus on attribution, ROI, spend analysis, and the flow/impact of information across the full customer lifecycle.
- Liaise between Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless customer journey, supported by clean data and reporting between all stages.
- Support and administer the weekly revenue forecasting process, pipeline analysis, and productivity metrics. Proactively identify opportunities for sales & marketing process improvement.
- Work across direct and programmatic channels as well as planning, delivering and optimizing toward awareness- and performance- driven KPIs
- Source, identify, and own technologies needed for Marketing & Sales teams; support teams in understanding how to use technologies at each stage of the customer journey
- Own and optimize the company database and ensure data is clean, complete, and organized to enable clear segmentation
- Drive Marketing and Sales alignment with clear processes, reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Sales ops, Marketing ops or Revenue ops in a SaaS environment
- Deep familiarity with CRM systems, particularly as an Admin. HubSpot preferred
- Experience with Marketing Automation systems such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo
- Experience with contact database management. ZoomInfo preferred
- Expertise with MS Excel, including creating pivot tables and customized reports
- Proven track record of collaborating with Marketing and Sales stakeholders and providing recommendations based on performance
- Experience creating campaigns, reports, dashboards and custom lead views
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of the sales conversion funnel
- Quick and creative problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven business decisions
- Eager to independently learn about the latest technologies, solutions and platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “do what it takes” startup culture
- A great attitude with the willingness to learn, maneuver through ambiguity, and collaborate with a growing team
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and time management skills
- Bonus: Experience with NPS and customer satisfaction surveys.
