At eko, we make great tech telling great stories. We are a SaaS startup company and we’re building a platform that creates and publishes interactive, choice-driven video experiences. Our product lets users publish these experiences on brand websites, online retail stores, and any other consumer-facing medium. We’ve worked with Walmart, P&G, Unilever, Mattel, Coca-Cola, LEGO, and more. We launched our MVP platform in March 2022, and now we are looking to grow our team! We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations who is passionate about working on the cutting edge of tech and entertainment to help us bring an entirely new medium to brand advertisers.
The Director of Revenue Operations is a critical business role to lead in the setup, establishment, and management of eko’s SaaS website, partnerships, and to drive operational excellence.
The Director of Revenue Operations will work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, sales business development, finance, product, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to share insights and centralize information, build systems that scale, and provide transparency through data for our business. You'll recommend, implement, and manage cross-functional processes and system changes that have a direct impact on our growth performance.
This role is a hybrid of strategic planning, business analytics, sales operations, and finance. It requires a mix of strategy, GTM design, sales optimization, and business operational support skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO…
- Manage the initial set-up of eko’s revenue operations function which will include establishing procedures, knowledge management systems and feedback channels across marketing, sales, customer support, data and insights, and finance teams.
- Identify, select, and onboard scalable tools to ensure sales data visibility cross-functionally.
- Centralize and share insights from the entire sales funnel, which will include direct sales and on-site transactions, and make recommendations to stakeholders for improvements.
- Provide key feedback to owners of each stage of the funnel to ensure optimal performance.
- Create, update, and maintain sales forecasts from all customer segments.
OUR DREAM CANDIDATE HAS…
- BS/BA degree, but an MBA would be even better
- At least 5 years of experience in SaaS Sales or Revenue Ops role with a passion for CRM systems and building from scratch
- Excitement to bring order, agility, and fast execution to the ambiguous processes of a start-up
- Ability to problem-solve and use stellar interpersonal skills to communicate solutions and influence outcomes
- A love for data and experience manipulating complex, large data sets
- Strong skills in spreadsheet and presentation software
- Experience working across multiple functions and business units, and collaborating with others to successfully implement programs
