Job Responsibilities
The Director, Revenue/Sales Operations will drive strategic and operational improvements within the Design & Engineering business unit, ensuring alignment between revenue growth, sales strategy, processes, and technology. This role focuses on optimizing the effectiveness of the global sales organization through data-driven insights, sales enablement, and process automation.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep experience in revenue and sales operations within a SaaS or subscription-based model, particularly in the CAD/CAM or CAE space.
What You’ll Do
Develop and refine sales and revenue growth strategies in partnership with the Design & Engineering sales leadership.
Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes to optimize revenue generation.
Design and implement revenue operations workflows, policies, and tools to drive efficiency.
Ensure effective CRM utilization (Salesforce) and data integrity to enhance revenue insights.
Analyze sales and revenue performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
