Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Operations & HubSpot Specialist to join our growing Sales Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales Ops Lead and the broader Sourcing (Sales) Team to streamline CRM processes, automate outreach, and optimize HubSpot for maximum efficiency. Together, you will develop automation strategies, build relevant reporting, and enhance our outreach and communication tools—helping scale Duetti’s mission of empowering independent artists worldwide.

You will:

-Collaborate with the Sales Ops Lead: assist in managing and optimizing our HubSpot instance, including creating custom properties, building automations and workflows, and maintaining data integrity

-Support lead enrichment and assignment: help our lead gen team source high-quality leads, enhance lead data with contact information, and ensure they are properly routed to the sourcing team with automated messages and tasks in place

-Develop outreach templates: create and iterate on email, SMS, and social channel contact templates for efficient and effective engagement with potential leads

-Generate and refine reports: work with the Sales Ops Lead to build dashboards and analytics that track sourcing team performance, lead conversion rates, and overall CRM health

-Create segmented lists: help build targeted lists for ad-hoc communications, ensuring the right messages reach the right audiences

-Define lead criteria: contribute to establishing lead targets and translating requirements to technical teams, ensuring alignment with Duetti’s overarching goals

-Manage global scale: coordinate multi-language and multi-currency features within HubSpot to facilitate international communications

-Participate in continuous improvement: partner with data engineers, product teams, and marketing to refine outreach processes and toolsets, and share feedback on potential enhancements


Job Requirements:

-2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or CRM-focused roles, with demonstrable expertise in HubSpot

-Hands-on HubSpot skills: experience setting up automations, workflows, and custom objects to support lead management and sales outreach

-Strong data management: proficient in data cleanup, list segmentation, and ensuring data accuracy within a CRM environment

-Analytical mindset: ability to interpret performance metrics, build meaningful reports, and provide actionable insights to team members

-Understanding of sales outreach processes: familiarity with lead enrichment, sequence design, and funnel optimization

-Excellent communication and teamwork: proven ability to collaborate with peers, report progress clearly, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

-Proactive problem-solver: comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, taking initiative to identify and implement process improvements

-Passion for music or entertainment is a plus but not required


Salary Range: $80,000-130,000/yr
