About the Role:
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to triage sales-related platform issues and drive operational insights leading to company revenue growth. We are seeking a team member who will be customer-obsessed (our sales team, marketing, and billing teams are our customers) to optimize and support our sales processes. We are looking for a data-driven self-starter who can deliver the white-glove service our customers deserve.
You will work with a multi-sided marketplace:
- Consumers that want to conduct research and potentially have procedures completed
- Providers that want to attract quality patients and help them by performing procedures
- Brands that want to get their products in front of consumers and into the hands of providers
In this role, you will:
- Be the first line of help for our sales, administration, and billing teams for our sales-related platforms: Salesforce, Outreach, and Chilipiper
- Have the opportunity to increase your technical mastery and analytical skills
- Be sensitive to ground-level feedback and bring back thoughtful suggestions to solve major pain points for our revenue-driving teams
- Be ready to use the right tools for the job - dive into their functionality and analyze the data: Salesforce, Looker, Chilipiper and Outreach. Also, be prepared to implement potential new tools and track the performance of streamlining processes through selected tools.
- Note while we use these tools, we also are tool agnostic -- meaning we really value people who can learn new tools and figure out the right one for the job.

About You:
You have a deep desire to help those around you and learn everything you can about your company so you can help make everyone's job easier. You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment and enjoy learning new things. You have a business-first mentality and your communication skills are exceptional and let you quickly solve work-blocking problems for our sales teams. You are genuinely excited by the prospect of becoming a salesforce and outreach administrator to better serve your customer at an exceptional level.

You may be the right fit if you have:
- 1-2 years of experience in operations or support triage role, preferably in technical or customer support
- Proven track record of reliably troubleshooting platform issues and producing scalable and permanent solutions
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven track record to take ownership of multiple projects
- Ability to confidently navigate the google suite of products in a remote environment
- Experience using Salesforce.com, SQL, Chilipiper, Outreach, or Looker highly preferred
- Ability to dive deep into data, identify and quantity opportunities, and act based on those insights
Travel: Not expected for this role
