Rho is seeking an experienced Manager of Revenue Operations in NYC to help support Rho’s growing GTM team and drive Rho’s growth for years to come. This role will report to the VP of Revenue and work directly with our GTM leaders to drive cross-functional projections across the company. This role requires a blend of B2B GTM strategy & understanding, systems optimization, and overall GTM operational support. You will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the infrastructure of GTM systems & reporting measures are accurate in order to accelerate growth.
This hire will play a critical role in prioritizing & identifying revenue-generating areas of the business. You will partner with all members of the GTM team, spearhead projects, and facilitate strategic initiatives. You are a motivated, organized, and analytical individual who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. We want someone that will obsess over operational efficiency and loves to find new ways to use systems and data to support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Systematize the GTM processes and ensure alignment across the various departments
- Manage our revenue funnel and collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to build & refine processes
- Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes & systems for scale
- Measure business performance and support day-to-day operations
- Support GTM initiatives through commissions, lead distribution, and market segmentation
- Own the enhancement, implementation and adoption of new tech stack items & processes
- Operate as a trusted advisor to GTM teams on projects designed to increase revenue, team productivity, and operational efficiency
- Partner with revenue leaders to identify, develop and scale client acquisition, customer engagement, and new revenue opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales/revenue operations; experience in fintech or at a fast-growing startup are a plus
- Extensive Salesforce experience, understanding GTM systems, and workflows between teams
- Creative problem solver with a “figure it out” mentality; keen business sense and ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop solutions, and execute with high degree of autonomy
- Keen understanding of the latest RevOps tools; early adopter of new technologies. Stays on top of new product launches and eager to test new solutions.
- Resourceful, strong willingness to learn, and develop new skills where needed
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong work ethic and self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment

- Bonus points for experience with SQL, Javascript, Retool, SendGrid, Looker or Outreach
