We are looking for a talented Sales Operations Specialist to join our Filtration Sales Support team. This is a business-critical role that oversees sales operations across the APAC region. The role is responsible for ensuring optimum CRM (Salesforce) utilization and compliance across the APAC region. Working closely with Sales Leaders and Account Managers the role holder will provide CRM training support to new and existing users. The role is also responsible for leading and coordinating projects and initiatives that support the sales function.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Play a lead role in overseeing all aspects of sales operations in the APAC region, working closely with Sales Leaders and Account Managers to manage key projects and initiatives
Act as a centre of expertise for the business CRM tool; provide CRM tool training to new users, refresher training to all team members, compile and issue reports, and lead projects and initiatives as needs arise
Represent APAC in the global sales operations network, participate in projects and initiatives, provide feedback, and respond to requests for reports and information
Work closely with Sales Leaders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in how we grow market share and support customers
Conduct research and analysis that supports business development and potential investment in adjacent markets
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Track record in building collaborative and productive relationships with local and remote stakeholders, engaging effectively across different levels to influence outcomes and achieve results
An ability to devise, plan and implement sales and sales operations initiatives
Strong commercial acumen
Solid interpersonal skills with a solution focused approach to problem solving
Strong IT skills with experience in using a CRM tool
This role could ideally suit a candidate with sales operations experience or an experienced sales professional looking to make the transition to sales operations.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience required.
Demonstrated understanding of how the current sales platform system works preferred.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Experience working in a sales organization (sales representative, sales manager) required.
Experience working in customer service or support preferred.
Researching and identification of internal and external analytics that support potential adjacent market opportunities.
Special projects that support; the sales function, customers, and lift the customer experience (i.e., customer feedback and surveying, customer retention and attainment initiatives).
Supports programs and initiatives that lift sales person capability and expertise (i.e., selling and account management skills, product and technical knowledge).
Manage one (1) direct report.
Location within APAC flexible. No relocation package available.
Knowledge and experience using Salesforce CRM would be an advantage but is not essential.
