Supports Sales Leadership team, the Regional Sales team, and the Sales Operations team with detailed visibility into all aspects of business performance

Certified as a Salesforce Administrator to drive efficiency utilizing our CRM platform, Salesforce. Manages and delegates daily administration and support of the Salesforce database including managing user setup and providing training for the North America Sales team.

Leverages internal BI software (Alteryx Designer, Qlik Sense, Salesforce) to analyze data and interpret results to drive decisions and continuously make recommendations to improve processes

Maintains monthly, quarterly, and yearly Sales Performance and metrics reporting

Works with the Sales Operations Manager to utilize Salesforce to assess and identify optimal salesforce coverage and utilization, manage yearly non-revenue objectives, standardize business reporting, and create dashboards to enable sales team productivity.

Creates and manages the monthly North America Sales & Marketing Dashboard which tracks department metrics for Sales Operations, Sales Support, and Marketing.

Analyzes pipeline management by reviewing and overseeing the accuracy of Salesforce opportunities, risks, leads, and overall data. Works with Regional Sales Directors to help ensure compliance of sales pipeline which is utilized by Senior Management Teams and reviewed during regional Monthly Business Review presentations.

Coordinates with the Sales Operations Manager to provide trend analysis and industry focus

Facilitates and manages the completion of RFI & RFP documents and ensures correct and timely submission

Supports QBR administrational needs and compiling KPI metrics for high level customers

Works with the Sales Operations Manager to maximize system usage and capability and provide training to the team as needed

Tradeshow coordinator for World Courier tradeshows for the United States

Performs related duties as assigned

May be required to travel domestically and internationally on occasion
What your background should look like
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires education in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Program. Normally requires a minimum of five (5) years directly related and progressively responsible experience; experience in research across a broad range of industries, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Additional preference to have a minimum of two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience in Salesforce (CRM) Administration.
