Job Description

  • Hands on Experience in Sales Cloud and CPQ, Service Cloud.
  • Hands on experience in Apex, Triggers, Test Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Understand business requirements, and provide work effort and duration estimation
  • Creation of Salesforce Design and Entity Models & Configuration
  • Provide solution design and Implement changes
  • Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements
  • Perform code review , Production Support , Incident Management, Service Request, Enhancements Configurations for Salesforce Application
  • Technical Support for Salesforce Application
  • Status Reporting, Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Exposure to Agile Methodology would be preferred
  • Guidance on Integration and customization, Design Validation, Drive Solution using Configuration
  • Integration tools such as MuleSoft , Dell Boomi and Informatica, Proficient in Integration design, patterns,Rest/SOAP API
  • Data migration using tools like Data loader, Import wizard
  • Salesforce Certifications Sales Cloud, CPA, Service Cloud, System and Application Architect certified
